Greetings! My name is Tony, and I am delighted to announce that I will be embarking on a walk around the Isle of Wight in September to raise funds and awareness for men’s mental health and suicide prevention. The reason for this campaign is deeply personal to me because, like many out there, I have struggled with my own mental health in the past. However, I was fortunate enough to receive help and support that enabled me to tackle this battle. Unfortunately, many men prefer to bottle up their problems and may find it difficult to take the first step towards seeking help.

I understand how difficult it can be to open up to friends and family, and sometimes their advice doesn’t always resonate. Mental health issues are highly complicated, and everyone experiences them differently. This is why I am on a mission to encourage men to speak up and seek the help they need.

Together, let’s join hands and help those in need because we all experience mental health issues in varying degrees. Thank you for your support, and let’s make a difference!

As in my intro my motivation text. I am suffering and suffering more than it states there. I have found that talking to a trained councillor helps more than friends and family. I fully understand how these feelings and the constant break downs in tears everyday can lead to more drastic thoughts like suicide.
